This agreement governs the relationship between Choice Network and partner Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs) utilizing our Google Ads API automation. We provide technical infrastructure for cross-channel attribution and agency-level spend management.
By integrating an MCN sub-account into Choice Ad Network, you grant us the limited right to fetch performance metrics via the Google Ads API for the sole purpose of ROI reporting and brand safety monitoring. All data remains the property of the MCN and its respective creators.
Partner MCNs must adhere to the Google Ads API Terms of Service. Choice Network maintains the right to suspend API access for any sub-account found to be in violation of Google's advertising policies or local regulatory requirements.
